Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
At Path., we’re committed to quality and your satisfaction. Every Smart Scale System comes with a one-year (1-year) manufacturer’s limited warranty, included at no extra cost. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and hardware issues that arise during normal use, giving you peace of mind.
What’s Covered:
Hardware defects due to manufacturing or workmanship during the first year
Repair or replacement with new or refurbished parts that perform like new
What’s Not Covered:
Accidental damage, lost or stolen device, batteries, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or Acts of God
How to Claim:
If you need warranty support, simply reach out to Path. Support via email at support@healthbypath.com from Monday through Friday.
What Happens During a Service Claim:
When you submit a claim, we’ll evaluate the issue and, if valid, arrange for either:
• Repair of the defect using high-quality parts, or
• Replacement of your Smart Scale System with a new or equivalent model
All replacements will be functionally similar to your original Smart Scale System. Once replaced, the new Smart Scale System is covered under the warranty for the remaining term.
Path. Returns & Refunds Policy
Your confidence is our priority. If you’re ever not satisfied, we make returns and refunds straightforward and supportive.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
• Return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund — opened or gently used products are welcome.
•Customers cover return shipping unless a defect is confirmed through troubleshooting or documentation.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return, though it may take a little longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where legally required.
Important Notes:
• If your product is under warranty and there’s an issue, we’ll replace the item.
• For membership cancellations, please do so at least 48 hours before your renewal date. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime through your Path. customer portal.
